About Me

Dr. Nimish Joseph is a researcher, data science enthusiast, and trainer specializing in Social Media Analytics and Information Propagation. A Software Engineer by qualification, he is currently a Professor of Practice at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and a faculty member at the Vikram Sarabhai Science Foundation. He earned his PhD from IIT Delhi. Until recently, he served as the Director of Pienza Tech India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of a US-based SaaS startup, where he led cross-functional operations and academic collaborations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Oracle as a software developer. He has also published research articles and contributed to government initiatives such as the Digital India Awards and the National Digital Literacy Mission.

A passionate Toastmaster, he has led clubs in both Bangalore and Delhi and served as District 41 Director (2020–21) for Toastmasters International, overseeing 6,000+ members and 300 clubs across North & East India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal.
